Product Introduction
Rabbit serum was collected via sterile blood collection, microporous filtration, and clarification, yielding a light-yellow, clear liquid free of bacteria, fungi, mycoplasma, and other contaminants. Rabbit serum was obtained from laboratory-grade animals housed under strict barrier conditions and regularly monitored for pathogens. A controlled standard diet was provided, and strict collection and production procedures were followed to minimize batch-to-batch variation as much as possible. Normal rabbit serum can be used as a blocking agent and as a control in immunoassays. In immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry, various studies have used 20% (v/v) or 1:200-diluted rabbit serum as a blocking agent.
