Established in 2005, XP Biomed Ltd. started as a distribution and marketing company in Shanghai, China. For over 20 years, we have promoted small & big biotech companies from around the world, thru our sales network across China, Hong Kong (S.A.R.) and Macau (S.A.R.). With our “Science Oriented” mindset and professional attitude, new technologies and products are well-received by our customers.

In 2014, XP Biomed constructed a GMP compliant, ISO 13485 certified manufacturing facility in Shanghai, dedicated to providing “VivaCell” branded cell culture reagents to scientific laboratories, such as serum, basal media, buffers, auxiliary reagents and cytogenetic karyotyping media. We also provide “Dr.Cell™” technical services in China, such as cell authentication STR, species ID, karyotyping, exosome NTA, TEM & WB services etc. Our products and services have been cited in more than 2500 articles in SCI journals, testifying our commitment to our product quality and attitude towards our customers.

Our manufacturing facility is designed to meet the highest standards of the cell therapy industry. Animal origin, non-animal and antibiotic products are manufactured in different cleanrooms with separate HVAC systems and designated production equipment to avoid possible cross contamination. Customer on-site audits are welcomed as we have excellent track record to meet international compliance standards.

XP Biomed aims at combining the latest cell culture technology, such as 3D organoid, exosomes, and cell therapy to explore and push the boundaries of cell culture application for human welfare.
