Product Application
Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle’s Medium (DMEM) is a widely used basal medium capable of supporting the growth of many mammalian cell types. DMEM was originally formulated with a glucose concentration of 1000 mg/L (low-glucose formulation), and a high-glucose formulation containing 4500 mg/L was subsequently developed; the latter is now widely used for culturing diverse cell types.
